Beaches, restaurants, evenings out and day trips around Montesilvano, Pescara and Abruzzo: the places we recommend to our guests.
Tips updated October 2026

On this page we've gathered the places we actually go to: the beaches, the restaurants we return to every year, the trips we recommend to friends.
Montesilvano beach is 150 metres from Flo Beach House, our holiday home in Santa Filomena. If you fancy a change, the Abruzzo coast offers pine forests, protected marine areas and a free beach for those travelling with a dog.
